二 | 北京警方在核实犬只符合养犬标准、证件正确无误后，即会为犬只办理相应手续，并形成电子犬证。用户可在“我的业务”栏目“我的犬只”中进行查看。　　为了进一步方便市民，北京警方还将联合畜牧兽医部门在部分社区设立“一站式服务”站点，提供养犬登记、年检和狂犬病预防免疫一站式服务，为群众创造便利、节省时间。　　养犬人在手机上办理完犬只登记、年检手续后，可携犬到区兽医行政主管部门认定的狂犬病免疫点对犬只免费接种狂犬病疫苗，领取狂犬病免疫证明和免疫标识。

三 | 　　北京警方请广大市民积极配合并遵守相关规定，携犬外出要拴犬链，注意避让老年人、残疾人、孕妇和儿童；及时清理犬只粪便，维护公共卫生；及时制止犬只吠叫，不干扰他人正常生活；不随意遗弃犬只。对爱犬负责，对自己负责，对社会负责，用实际行动为爱犬赢得理解和尊重，创造人与犬和谐共存的生活环境。　　《北京市养犬管理规定》相关罚则　　■第二十七条：对未经登记、年检养犬的，由公安机关没收其犬，或者对单位处5000元罚款，对个人处2000元罚款。　　■第二十八条：对逾期不办理养犬变更登记的，由公安机关责令限期改正，并可对单位处2000元罚款，对个人处500元罚款。
