中国一汽在官方声明中表示，将通过完善机制、优化流程、技术赋能三大举措确保“60天付款”要求落地，包括建立数字化云工作台实现全流程监控。东风汽车则强调，此举是 "维护产业链协同发展的重要举措"，并将同步精简内部审批环节以提升支付效率。

据统计，当前中国汽车行业应付账款平均周转天数达182天，远超国际车企的90天水平。此次车企集体承诺将账期压缩至60天，意味着供应商资金回笼周期缩短近三分之二。这一调整不仅直接缓解供应商资金压力，更将推动行业从"以价换量"的粗放竞争转向技术降本的良性循环。
